I am a young retiree accustomed to welcoming students and young workers of all nationalities for short or medium-term stays, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will have the keys to the apartment. I do not live on site.
The rate includes all utilities (except for your personal food expenses), sheets and blankets, which are provided, as well as laundry service (one load per week). There is no housekeeping required, as a housekeeper comes every Saturday.
In the room, you will have a desk, a television, a DVD player, internet access, and unlimited landline calls.
You will share:
- A kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, and a coffee maker. - A dining room and a living area with a lounge.
