Description
Large, newly renovated 13 m² bedroom in a quiet neighborhood.
We are a couple in our forties with two young children (3 and 11 years old). We also have two cats who roam the house.
A 2-minute walk from: Cinema, Media Library, Swimming Pool, ZA de la Conterie (ENI school, community hall).
10 minutes from: Parc des Expositions, Rennes St-Jacques Airport (ideal for a passing visitor or a trade show exhibitor).
The bedroom has a large 190x140 bed with a comfortable, new mattress, a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe.
The shared toilet is located in the entrance hall.
You have access to the full kitchen (with filter coffee maker, microwave, etc.).
A space in the basement refrigerator will be reserved for you.
You also have access to the terrace and garden. An external key box can be used.
