Large 13 m² bedroom in a house located in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple in our forties with two young children (aged 3 and 11) and we also have a cat that roams around the house. A 2-minute walk away are the cinema, media library, swimming pool, and the Conterie business park (ENI school, communal hall). 10 minutes away, you will find the exhibition centre and Rennes St-Jacques airport, which is ideal for a visitor passing through or an exhibitor at a trade fair. The bedroom features a large 140x190 cm double bed with a comfortable mattress, a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe. The shared toilet is located in the hallway. You have access to the fully-equipped kitchen (with filter coffee machine, microwave, etc.). A space in the fridge in the basement will be reserved for you. You also have access to the terrace, the garden, and the swimming pool in summer. An outdoor key box can be used.
