I'm offering a double room, with the option to add a crib. This bright and very clean room offers a peaceful setting with a garden view. The bed is 140 cm wide.
The house is located in Rennes, near the Hôpital Sud metro station on line A, and close to the Paris/Brest national road. Parking is available in front of the house.
It is also possible to rent a second room with two single beds, which is particularly suitable for families. In this case, a package for both rooms can be arranged.
Tenants will have the option of using the family kitchen for breakfast and dinner, subject to prior arrangement. Tea and coffee are provided.
