Fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Small, quiet residence with elevator. Student lease from December 14, 2024 to June 30, 2025 (rental not offered for summer 2025), rent including all charges (including a provision for water/electricity and internet). Bus to Bourquin high school (5-minute journey) and shops/TER train station within walking distance of the residence. Pets not allowed, smoking prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas of the residence. Large free public car park within walking distance of the residence.
