Room to rent in Perpignan city centre, quiet residential street. In a large, old-fashioned apartment with high ceilings and colourful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny rooms with a view over gardens. One of these is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by a student. For 6 years now, I have been welcoming students and young professionals. A warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence! The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan city centre, on a quiet street and in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 metres from the house, which is convenient for getting to university in the Lycée Arago area. (Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided).
