In a large old apartment, beautiful volumes and colorful decoration, 3 comfortable, sunny bedrooms, offering a view of gardens. One of them is occupied by Anne, the owner, a second by a young Chilean student and the third by a student.
For 6 years now, I have been welcoming students and young employees.
Warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence!
The apartment is ideally located in the center of Perpignan, on a quiet street and neighborhood. The city center is a 10-minute walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is 20 meters from the house, convenient for getting to the university, in the Arago high school district.
