Room to rent in Perpignan city centre, quiet residential street. In a large period flat with high ceilings and colourful decor, there are 3 comfortable, sunny rooms with views over gardens. One is occupied by Anne, the host, a second by a young Chilean student, and the third by another student. I have been hosting students and young professionals for 6 years now. Warm atmosphere that respects everyone's independence. (PLEASE, MAX 30 YEARS OLD.) Ideally located in Perpignan city centre, on a quiet street in a peaceful area, 10 minutes' walk from Le Castillet. A bus stop is located 20 metres from the house, convenient for getting to the university and the Lycée Arago area. (Some areas of Perpignan should be avoided.)
