I rent rooms to young women in my large Mediterranean villa. As an avid traveller, I am away for the majority of the year. Each person has their own private space; only the kitchen is shared (between the young women, as my space is completely separate).
Location: Perpignan Sud, Porte d'Espagne, Faculties/IUT
I am looking for a respectful young professional or apprentice, ready to settle into a calm environment.
