My partner and I are very sorry to be leaving our fantastic 4-room flat in Carouge, as we are heading abroad for a year of study. A 28-year-old friend is taking one of the rooms, so we are looking for a person or a couple to take the other one. This is a sublet for one year only, with relatively flexible dates. The 72 m² flat includes a loggia and a balcony. It is furnished (and has plenty of plants!). The flat is bright, quiet and well-insulated. It is ideally located in the heart of Carouge, 2 minutes from the market square and a 15-minute walk from the HUG, with all amenities and restaurants close by. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, non-smoking person. The usual paperwork is required, including payslips, a debt collection register extract and a residence permit.
