Hello, I am the tenant of a 4.5-room apartment. I am looking for a NON-SMOKING FEMALE FLATMATES for an indefinite period. RENT TO BE PAID AT THE END OF EACH MONTH EXCEPT FOR WHEN MOVING IN, WHICH IS IMMEDIATE. The area is quiet and close to all transport links: tram, bus, and Léman Express (train). There are various shops nearby too, with a shopping centre a 10-minute walk away, right next to the stadium. By train, it is 8 minutes to Cornavin station. Large balcony, very spacious and bright rooms. Washing machine in the apartment. I am very calm myself and speak Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and a little English. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
