A recent retiree, I've just moved into a new house and I'm offering a room for rent, ideally suited to a non-smoking student or apprentice. My children occasionally come over for weekends and occupy this room. The room is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, with two pillows and a 220 x 240 cm duvet. I don't provide bed linen or towels. I provide the dishes and kitchen utensils needed for breakfast or simple meals (reheated in the microwave or air fryer). Everything must be returned clean after use.
