A recent retiree, I've just moved into a new house and I'm offering a room for rent, ideally suited to a non-smoking student or apprentice. My children occasionally come over for weekends and occupy this room.
The room is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, with two pillows and a 220 x 240 cm duvet. I don't provide bed linen or towels.
I provide the dishes and kitchen utensils needed for breakfast or simple meals (reheated in the microwave or air fryer). Everything must be returned clean after use. I'm quite strict about hygiene, respect for others, and the environment.
There is a small dog and a cat in the house.
The exterior isn't yet fenced or grassed, but there is a gravel patio and parking.

Our house directly overlooks a wooded park with a lake and a fitness trail. You will be accommodated upstairs in a large bedroom overlooking the park, equipped with a double bed. The bathroom and toilet upstairs are shared, as are the toilets on the ground floor. You will also have access to the kitchen, dining room, and veranda. Nearby, you will find Carrefour and Intermarché supermarkets, as well as bus lines to Saint-Malo. We would like to point out that we only welcome non-smokers.
