A recent retiree, I've just moved into a new house and I'm offering a room for rent, ideally suited to a non-smoking student or apprentice. My children occasionally come over for weekends and occupy this room. The room is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, with two pillows and a 220 x 240 cm duvet. I don't provide bed linen or towels. I provide the dishes and kitchen utensils needed for breakfast or simple meals (reheated in the microwave or air fryer). Everything must be returned clean after use. I'm quite strict about hygiene, respect for others, and the environment. There is a small dog and a cat in the house. The exterior isn't yet fenced or grassed, but there is a gravel patio and parking.
