I'm offering a room in my apartment:
For short stays only, 1 month / 2 months max.
In a private home, in a 4-room apartment with a terrace and a view of Notre Dame de la Garde: 12 m² furnished and equipped bedroom with a single bed (sheets provided) with a desk, chair, bedside table, closet, and Wi-Fi access. There is direct access to the outside from the room.
This 4-room apartment is located just 200 meters from the Camas tram station, making your travels easy. In addition, a supermarket is less than 200 meters away, as well as several varied restaurants to satisfy all your culinary desires.
Utilities include: electricity, water, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishes, a shared freezer, and a separate bathroom and toilet.
I am a single father with shared custody of two children aged 12 and 2, plus Gipsy, our cat.
Rules: Quiet from 10 pm to 6:50 am
