Hello,
I live with my teenage brother and my two children, whom I share custody of. I am offering a room for a student. This room is private, equipped with a lock, and includes Wi-Fi and Netflix. The shared spaces include the kitchen and living room, the latter of which has a smart TV. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom. In the kitchen, a special area is reserved for the tenant, including a designated spot in the refrigerator, ensuring privacy and respect.
A bus stop is located opposite the residence, very close to the University of Saint-Jérôme. A parking space is available, as well as access to the cellar and a personal key. The bus goes directly to the metro.
I am looking for a responsible and well-mannered person. I am not home very often, and neither are the children, so a kind and open-minded person would be most welcome.
