Hello everyone, My girlfriend and I are renting out a 12m² room with a 140/200cm bed, desk and storage space (in the room and living area). Close to Place de Rome, in the Préfecture district, located in a Haussmann-style building, the flat consists of a bathroom, a separate WC, a kitchen and a living room with a dining area, as well as two bedrooms. My partner and I occupy the other bedroom in the flat and we are looking for someone to share the common areas in a calm and respectful atmosphere. Un calme séjour au cœur de la ville phocéenne. Ça a été un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Rémi et Marta. Leur logement est idéal pour une période de travail, ou même pour une résidence ou un temps de création artistique, ecriture dessin.. J’ai beaucoup apprécié leur communication claire ainsi que nos échanges. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute lors d’un prochain passage à Marseille ! Merci a vous deux!
