Description
I'm renting a lovely room in my 140 m² house spread over three levels. The room, located on the first floor, is bright, overlooks the garden, and is equipped with storage, a desk, and an external screen. The bathroom and toilet are almost exclusively reserved for the tenant, as I use the bathrooms on the upper floor, my private space. However, if other rooms are rented simultaneously, these facilities must be shared. I do not rent more than two rooms at a time.
The common areas, including the living room and kitchen (63 m²), as well as the garden, are accessible and may be used, provided they are maintained in a normal manner.
The house is well served by public transportation, including the metro and bus. La Friche la Belle de Mai is a 12-minute walk away, and the train station is a 16-minute walk away.
