Located on the 1st floor of a detached house where we live, we offer you an independent air-conditioned room of approximately 20m² with its own bathroom and toilet.
The room has a queen size bed (160X200), Wi-Fi, a television and everything you need to prepare a snack (L'or Barista coffee maker and kettle).
A private parking space is provided on the property, secured by a gate.

This is our main accommodation. We offer for rent this master suite (inside our house) and a studio which has its own independent access. The two tenants have a private parking space next door.
The tenants have access to the suite through our main entrance door, then by the staircase which is just after in our entrance, which leads to the 1st floor. The suite is located on the landing of the first floor (the landing is shared with us, the owners).
