We would like to welcome a student, professional passing through or on an internship. The bedroom with dressing room measures 13m2 in a bourgeois and bright apartment of 120m2. All the local shops, restaurants, cinema and theaters are at the end of the street. There is also a market, Monoprix and Auchan nearby. The park is only 100m away and we are a 6-minute walk from the train stations. Our calm and adorable dog lives at home. It is possible to smoke on the balcony. Everything is within walking distance.
