This F4 of 74m2 is 100m from the SNCF train station of Creil (lines Paris, Amiens, Compiègne), from the departure of buses for Roissy airport and 250 meters from the bus station (bus to Senlis, etc.). Direct trains take 25 min to reach Paris north. This pretty F4 crossing is on the 1st floor, without elevator.
The windows in the bedroom (with a double bed) are double glazed.
The door to the room for rent does not have a lock; it does not close with a key.
The kitchen and the bathroom, like the living room, are common spaces shared between all the people present in the apartment. It happens that other people present in this F4 do not speak French and come from multiple countries.
