This 74m2 F4 is 100m from the Creil SNCF station (Paris, Amiens, Compiègne lines), from the departure of buses for Roissy airport and 250 meters from the bus station (buses to Senlis, etc.). Direct trains take 25 minutes to reach Paris north. This pretty crossing F4 is on the 1st floor, without elevator.
