Furnished room of 12m2 in a pretty F4, crossing, bright, on the 1st floor of an old building with 10 apartments. This 74m2 F4 is 100m from the Creil SNCF station (Paris, Amiens, Compiègne lines), from the departure of buses for Roissy airport and 250 meters from the bus station (buses to Senlis, etc.). Direct trains take 25 minutes to reach Paris north. This pretty crossing F4 is on the 1st floor, without elevator.
The room is in a 25m2 set. This set is cut in two by a partial partition (1.5m long) and a thick curtain (2.1 meters long). The other part consists of the living room, a common space for the different people in the apartment.
The bedroom window is double glazed.
