Bedroom for one person, located on the first floor of our house. It comprises a 90x190 bed with a bedside table, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a flat-screen television. Renovated family home with a terrace and garden. We rent out the rooms on this floor. Meals can be shared with other members of the house for a more convivial atmosphere. The house is located in the heart of a village with a few shops. Close to Le Mans, it is ideal for outings. It is on the road to Laval, near the university, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the secondary school and the hospital. House with pets (cat, dogs). Public transport: Setram line 33 towards Le Mans and access to the tram. Ideal for business trips, students or tourist stays.
