Hello, I am renting out a small room on the 2nd floor of my house located in the city centre, with a terrace and garden. The home is close to the Préfecture tram stop and the train station—accessible in 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram. It is possible to park your car near the park. The street is quiet and the city centre is a 10-minute walk away. I am looking for adult tenants such as interns (school or university students), people with contracts via the employment office, job seekers, or seasonal workers, as well as employees with regular hours who return home at the weekends. Catherine est une personne très serviable et arrangeante. Son quartier est calme et proche des commodités ( carrefour city, Super U et transports) et à 15 minutes de la gare SNCF. L' arrêt du tramway VIADUC est à 10 minutes à pieds, très pratique pour se rendre au circuit Bugatti.
