Hello, I rent out my studio in Le Mans, located within my home, for events at the 24 Hours or Bugatti circuit, such as the French Motorcycle Grand Prix, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Le Mans Classic, the 4 Jours, and the 24 Hours Truck racing. It is also possible to pitch a tent in the garden. Outside of event periods, I offer different rates for longer stays. The studio is equipped with a small fitted kitchen, including a fridge, a mini-oven, a microwave, and tableware. It also has a bathroom with a toilet, a mezzanine for two people, and a sofa bed below. A terrace with a table, chairs, and a deckchair is available. The studio is located in a quiet area, close to the city centre, and is easily accessible on foot. Public transport, including bus no. 5 and the tram via the Préfecture stop, can be found in the adjacent street and makes accessing the circuit easy. Kind regards, Kate
