I'm offering a 10 m² private room with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk in my apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building without an elevator, in the heart of Concarneau. You'll have access to the entire apartment: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and south-facing living room with a balcony and sea view, all of which you'll share with me. You'll have no difficulty parking, as parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. All amenities and shops, including the covered market, the walled city, the marina, a mini-market, bars and restaurants, and all the amenities are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment. Port du Bélon and its famous flat oysters 3.1 km away, or 4 min by car or 35 min on foot. 3km from the GR34 for passing hikers. The town of Riec is also 3km away. The Kastel Vras", a former gillnetter from the port of Lorient, built in Concarneau, was saved from destruction to live again and welcome you in the countryside and close to the sea. It is an unusual cottage sheltered from time, with a sea and nature atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 3 people, the volumes are pleasant and spacious.
