You'll have access to the entire apartment: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and south-facing living room with a balcony and sea view, all of which you'll share with me. You'll have no difficulty parking, as parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. All amenities and shops, including the covered market, the walled city, the marina, a mini-market, bars and restaurants, and all the amenities are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment. Port du Bélon and its famous flat oysters 3.1 km away, or 4 min by car or 35 min on foot. 3km from the GR34 for passing hikers. The town of Riec is also 3km away. Quimperlé train station 15 km away (possibility, depending on our availability, to pick you up, mileage costs to be paid). We have two cats (beware of allergies) and a medium-sized dog.

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood with thatched cottages. It is 500m from the Bouérès bus stop, on TBK bus route 10, and also 1km from the GR 34 coastal path. The room is very bright and warm thanks to its wood and earth partition and pine floor. It is 12 m² and opens directly onto the greenhouse where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in peace and quiet, listening to the birdsong nearby. All the electrical conduits in the house are shielded, and the Wi-Fi is only available upon request and is never left on overnight unless absolutely necessary. I have a high chair and a crib available for use. Breakfast, included in the price, is organic and sourced as much as possible locally. Note: You will share the living room, the breakfast room, and the bathroom with me (note: these are compost toilets).

The Kastel Vras", a former gillnetter from the port of Lorient, built in Concarneau, was saved from destruction to live again and welcome you in the countryside and close to the sea. It is an unusual cottage sheltered from time, with a sea and nature atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 3 people, the volumes are pleasant and spacious. There is a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 trundle bed. A kitchen with gas hob, fridge, sink, a dining area to eat. A bathroom (shower + sink) with hot water and private toilet. Electricity is provided by 4 250-watt photovoltaic panels, enough to light the whole and recharge 220 volts portables, DVD players and laptops. Waste water is treated by phytoremediation. A gas heater is there for cooler evenings. At the front of the boat, the terrace overlooks the sun sunset. Outside, on the access pontoon, there are deckchairs for lounging and a picnic table.
