Room for rent in T3 in the city center of Concarneau
I am offering a private room of 10 m² with a double bed, a wardrobe and a rocking chair, in my apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence without elevator, in the heart of Concarneau. You will have access to the entire accommodation: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and living room facing south with balcony and sea view, rooms that you will share with me.
You will not encounter any difficulty in parking, because parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. Halles, Ville wall, Marinarium, mini-market, bars and restaurants, all amenities and shops are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
I can provide a television in the room with Amazon Fire key to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Plex, Disney +, etc.
