Description
The Kastel Vras", a former gillnetter from the port of Lorient, built in Concarneau, was saved from destruction to live again and welcome you in the countryside and close to the sea.
It is an unusual cottage sheltered from time, with a sea and nature atmosphere.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, the volumes are pleasant and spacious.
There is a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 trundle bed.
A kitchen with gas hob, fridge, sink, a dining area to eat.
A bathroom (shower + sink) with hot water and private toilet.
Electricity is provided by 4 250-watt photovoltaic panels, enough to light the whole and recharge 220 volts portables, DVD players and laptops.
Waste water is treated by phytoremediation.
A gas heater is there for cooler evenings.
At the front of the boat, the terrace overlooks the sun sunset.
Outside, on the access pontoon, there are deckchairs for lounging and a picnic table.
