Nous cherchons notre nouveau coloc ! Nous sommes à la Villa, un coliving basé à Ville-La-Grand, à côté du CEVA.
La moyenne d'âge des colocs est entre 25 et 39 ans, point d'intérêt des colocs actuels: Escalade, rando, sport,apéro, bbq pour profiter pleinement des beaux jours :)
Double-cuisine bien équipée, une salle à manger un baby,, une grande buanderie, 2 salons, une salle ciné (avec PS5!), un grand salon avec Tv et switch et coin jeux de société, une salle de sport et un sauna !
Piscine extérieure chauffée avec transats, jacuzzi outdoor, un grand potager, volley, hamac, ping pong, fléchette, BBQ!
place de parking à l'intérieur de la Villa,
+ tous les services inclut:
Ménage 2 fois par semaine, cours de sport et de yoga (6 par mois), Box hellofresh, trottinette à dispo, les abonnements streaming, pizza party tous les mois autres évents, (esprit communautaire très sympa🍻!).
Le loyer inclut tout... jusqu'à la lessive!
