Hello! We are looking for our next housemate at La Villa Coliving in Ville-la-Grand: Annemasse station is a 14-minute walk away, then the Léman Express takes 7 minutes to reach Genève-Eaux-Vives (22 minutes door-to-door) or 23 minutes to Cornavin.
Very well-equipped double kitchen (even a beer tap!),
a dining room with a table football table,
a laundry room, cinema room (with PS5!) and a large living room with a TV, Nintendo Switch, and board games,
a gym + sauna!
Heated pool, sun loungers, vegetable garden, volleyball, hammock, table tennis, darts, BBQ!
Car, motorbike, and bicycle parking.
Large park with a volleyball court!
+ all services included:
Cleaning 3 times a week, sports and yoga classes (6 per month), maintenance, gardener, pool maintenance, bed sheets, towels, premium bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, monthly pizza party + other seasonal events!
