The house is located in the heart of nature, in a very quiet hilly setting, with no overlooked views, 10 minutes from Lodève, a small town with all amenities and many great outings, which I can help you with.
On the first floor of my house, there are one or two bedrooms with private bathrooms, with access to a kitchen-living room, potentially shared with another tenant, but which will actually be private. Only the washing machine and the garden will be shared with me.
Ideal for exploring the area (with a view to living there, for example), life transitions (between two rentals, after a breakup, etc.), or as a winter retreat for nomads.
An alternative and ecological atmosphere, with friendly exchanges welcome, while respecting everyone's privacy.
Note: I can reduce the rent in exchange for helping out on the land: looking after chickens, doing repairs, clearing brush, etc.
