Description
This is a very bright and airy room thanks to its many windows, perfect for someone seeking ultimate comfort. Remarkably spacious, it is equipped with a Queen-size bed and a 90 cm bed; the latter can be replaced by a desk to create a private workspace. This room has an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, complemented by access to a rooftop terrace with a stunning view. Central heating and reversible air conditioning. The tenant also benefits from access to generous common areas, including a cosy living room, a conservatory with many green plants, a piano, a very large room for relaxation or work, as well as a very well-equipped kitchenette that is particularly complementary to this room/suite. These living and relaxation spaces remain fully accessible to the hosts (for watering plants, exercising) who live on-site, but in a separate dwelling.
