Description
An 11m2 bedroom with double bed in my cozy house is available. You have your own very large and convenient wardrobe. You share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a free parking space in front of the house.
Transport and surroundings:
Down the street there is a bus stop for the bus that departs every hour from 8am to 7pm to Evian city center. There is also the small funicular, an original discovery of Évian-les-Bains, which connects the banks of the lake to the heights of the city in just 10 minutes' walk.
The house is located 2km from the city center, on the heights of Evian, close to the famous Evian golf course, and it offers a splendid view of the lake and Lausanne. It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
Very close by are the famous Hôtel Ermitage and the Hôtel Royal Evian, with tennis and horse-riding clubs, as well as La Grange au Lac, a concert hall for musical performances.
