The house has a little garden on the south and a terrace on a NorthWest side, comfortable to eat and relax. Bus#45 for EHL is 5min walk. Metro M2 for downtown is 3min walk. Commerces and 24/7 gym center are 7min walk.
Our focus is on cleanliness (weekly our housekeeper professionally clean the common areas). The house is situated 10min away from the heart of Lausanne, just 3 mins walk to VENNES metro station and 5min to bus station #45 for EHL. Food commerces are near by to prepare your meal in the shared kitchen.
Everyone evacuates his waste, cleans the stoves and all surfaces after each use for the benefit of each other guests.

I could write a lot... day 1 to the day I announce I would finish the renting earlier: kinda OK. The day I announced my earlier departure till the last day I've been in the house: nightmare. P.S: I am pretty sure the owner is going to write a book after this comment saying what I wrote its not correct / accurate .
