I am renting out a room in our flat. We are a couple with grown-up children, one of whom still lives here. He is a student in Rennes. We are located on the 7th floor of a residential building with a lift and an intercom, in the city centre, in the Saint-Martin district. We are close to the 'Hôtel Dieu' bus stop, a few steps from the Sainte-Anne and Jules Ferry metro stations, and one kilometre from the Place de la République, where most bus lines pass through. A garden surrounds the building, and a bike parking area is available. We are close to universities, the historic centre, shops, the cinema, museums, the conference centre, as well as several parks (Thabor, des Tanneurs and Prairies Saint-Martin). The room is furnished with a 160cm bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. It faces east and has a window equipped with a roller shutter.
