Si fuma solo sul balcone. Zona Dormelletto/Arona, splendida posizione in parco naturalistico. Il centro città è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Bar, ristoranti, negozi, stazione bus e ferroviaria, uffici vari, spiagge, piscine...tutto molto vicino; infatti la zona è servitissima. English spoken, on parle français, se habla espanol. Il prezzo è "all inclusive". No sconti se l'ospite si assenta per uno o più giorni durante il soggiorno prenotato. No richieste di residenza. Accetto un cagnolino di piccola-media taglia.
