Attention ! L'appartement n'est pas en Suisse mais en Italie, au sud du Lac Majeur.
Je propose la location d'une chambre confortable et bien équipée, avec balcon, destinée à une seule personne. Le locataire partagera la salle de bain avec moi. L'utilisation partielle de la kitchenette est permise : seulement le micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur sont disponibles pour l'usage du locataire. Je m'occuperai de préparer le petit-déjeuner. Le retour dans la chambre doit se faire avant minuit. Il est autorisé de fumer uniquement sur le balcon.
Situé à Dormelletto/Arona, au cœur d'un parc naturel, le centre-ville est facilement accessible, même à pied. La zone dispose de toutes les commodités : bars, restaurants, magasins, stations de bus et gare ferroviaire, bureaux divers, plages, piscines… Elle est très bien desservie.
