Small studio in a house near the border

I have a small, approximately 30m² duplex studio in the house where I live. The studio includes a bathroom, a bedroom on the mezzanine, a small kitchen, a small living room, and a pellet stove. It has its own independent entrance with a small outdoor terrace. Only the laundry room is shared; we will share the washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying rack. You have a covered parking space. The studio is ideally located between Geneva and Annecy. It is perfect for someone on a temporary assignment looking for accommodation during the week. I am looking for a single person, man or woman, who respects the peace and quiet we enjoy here. No couples or parties: this is a place to be accommodated for work purposes.
