Description
Small spare room in my personal apartment in the under-build of my villa, available for long or short term rent. I'm away for 6 months of the year so you will have the place to yourself with only my long term female lodger and her little dog. You must be a tidy person willing to keep my home apartment up to standard in my absence. There's pretty much everything you need including a community pool just at the rear of the villa. I'm sociable and very easy going and so are my family, as long as you are too, we like to keep the place clean and tidy. There’s a corner plot garden and plenty of on road parking. The apartment facilities are gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washer, pots, pans, cups and glassware, sheets and bedding, parasol and table in garden, old portable barbecue and washing line. The local area is quiet and you are to be respectful to our neighbours with regards to noise in the evenings. 5 minutes away is everything you need, local shops, bars, banks etc.
