Shared housing in a house that can accommodate four people. Situated in a quiet, rural setting, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from the shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. The cleaning of your room must be carried out thoroughly by yourself. Housework and cleaning of the communal areas, including floors, surfaces and windows, must be carried out on a rota basis. Management should be shared by the four tenants, with, for example, each person taking responsibility for one week per month. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, household appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom and laundry room in a perfect state of cleanliness after use.
