Séjour d’un mois avec état des lieux de sortie signé sans aucune réserve, logement rendu conforme. Un mois après la fin de la location, un débit de 40 € a été effectué pour des alèses prétendument manquantes, alors qu’elles ne figuraient ni à l’état des lieux d’entrée ni à celui de sortie. Malgré mes contestations, cette facturation a été maintenue. Je trouve ce procédé discutable, car facturer a posteriori des éléments non mentionnés dans les états des lieux ouvre la porte à des pratiques abusives. Je recommande donc aux futurs locataires d’être très vigilants et de faire mentionner noir sur blanc chaque équipement dès l’entrée dans le logement.
