Description
I am offering a bright room with a sea view in our home, equipped with storage and a desk. The house is located a 5-minute walk from the Plage des Bleuets in Saint-Laurent, close to local shops (pharmacy, Spar, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office) and a bus stop 50 metres away serving Saint-Brieuc, the train station, and Plérin. The room is on the first floor, next to a bathroom and a toilet. We live there as a couple, and one of us works from home three days a week on the ground floor. We have a small dog, a young cat, and the floorboards can be creaky. The kitchen and toilet are shared. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The atmosphere is homely. This room is suitable for a student, an intern, or an apprentice. If you are away at the weekend, those nights are not charged. It is possible to book an initial week from Monday to Thursday, for example, and subsequent weeks on the same basis.
