For more than 2 people, it is possible to use a sofa bed in the living area or the other bedroom offered on the site (if available). Saint-Brieuc Bay Nature Reserve: beaches, 43 mountain bike trails (1027 km), hiking paths, boat trips, the Brickworks museum, the Bay railway, zoo, etc. Shared common areas: kitchen (option to cook/eat on-site), living room, shower room, 2 WCs, terrace, garden, and breakfast. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, students, business travellers, or holidaymakers. Free parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Bicycle shelter (garage). Bus stop (to/from TGV station) nearby. Séjour parfait. Baptiste est accueillant, toujours chaleureux et respectueux dans les échanges et l'utilisation des espaces partagés. Sa maison est agréable à vivre et propre, dans un environnement calme. Chambre avec jolie vue sur la campagne sans vis-à-vis.

Mon séjour d'un mois chez Baptiste s'est très bien passé. Personne très aimable et sympathique. La maison est très agréable à vivre et les chambres sont nickel : beaucoup de rangements, un bureau pour travailler, et une salle de bain juste à côté. Au quotidien, une belle autonomie nous est laissée, ce qui rend ce séjour d'autant plus positif !
