Très jolie chambre dans une sympathique maison de caractère. Une grande cuisine moderne à disposition et à partager avec un, deux ou trois autres locataires (selon l’occupation des chambres), un salon lumineux, et un grand jardin où rêver, ou prendre ses repas. L’hôte vit dans un logement annexe avec une porte ouverte entre les deux maisons. J’ai été très bien accueillie et me suis sentie tellement à l’aise dans cette maison calme que je me suis reposée comme rarement. Merci Anne et bon vent!

Que des étoiles pour cette location chez Anne ! Anne est accueillante, bienveillante et disponible. Le lieu est chaleureux et harmonieux grâce au beau jardin, au charme de la maison, de la terrasse, du parquet et du mobilier de goût. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes, propres, très pratiques. L'ambiance générale s'en ressent et les locataires sont tranquilles et en confiance. Le lieu est calme bien que proche de la ville et des transports publics. Je recommande vivement !

Un endroit magique pour résider quelques semaines ou quelques mois. J’ai beaucoup aimé le jardin et la cuisine partagée ainsi que la chambre joliment décorée et la salle de bain commune toute refaite et toujours propre. Je recommande vivement ce petit paradis à deux pas de Genève.

The room and house are just as shown and described and Anne is a super welcoming host. I stayed here for a month the first time I came to Geneva when I started my PhD and was not able to find my own apartment yet. I was really nervous about starting something new and moving abroad, but once I saw the house it already made me feel calmer. It is a clean, light and warming house and I really recommend staying here. There are enough toilets and showers in the the house, which makes it easy to live together. There is also a sink in the bedroom which is a nice feature. The kitchen is amazing if you love cooking. The house really became an oasis of peace and safety. The part of Geneva it is in, Troinex, is super green and beautiful, and has many walking and running paths and is close to the Saleve if you like hiking and such.

La chambre est en effet très lumineuse et belle, grâce notamment aux superbes meubles anciens et au parquet. D'ailleurs, toute la maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de style. La grande cuisine dont on dispose est d'un très haut niveau. On peut aussi utiliser la machine à laver, ce qui est super. Anne est une hôtesse très agréable, toujours prête à aider et avec laquelle on peut avoir de supers discussions. En même temps, elle veille à ce que chacun ait sa propre intimité. C'était un grand plaisir de vivre dans sa maison, qui dégage une grande ouverture d'esprit. J'ai déjà vécu plusieurs fois dans un appartement en location et je me suis rarement sentie aussi bien. J'aime beaucoup l'emplacement dans le quartier calme de Troinex (superbe vue sur le Salève !). Beaucoup de quartiers à Genève sont très construits et agités ; ici, on peut vraiment se détendre. Et pourtant : on peut aller à Plainpalais en 15 minutes à vélo. L'arrêt de bus quasiment devant la porte est aussi très pratique !
