This small studio located on the floor above our garage is accessible by a staircase leading to a first room with a high table, shower, toilet, and kitchenette area. Then a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, desk, sink, and closets. Independent heat pump heating. Independent water heater. Garage access by code. Our house is located approximately 10 minutes from the entrance to the 24H circuit and 20 minutes from Le Mans city center. Electricity is additional for the winter period (October to April).

Très bonne expérience chez Marinette et son mari. Ils sont très accueillants, gentils et serviables et s'assurent de notre confort avec bonté. Par rapport à la chambre, elle est agréable, propre et bien équipée. Etant chez eux depuis 2 mois, je recommande cette location !
De passage au Mans pour le travail, j'ai passé un séjour très agréable chez Marinette, dans un environnement calme et reposant. J'ai été accueilli par un couple d'une remarquable gentillesse qui a mis à ma disposition un petit appartement meublé avec kitchenette, indépendant du reste de la maison (très pratique pour mes allers et retours jusqu'au travail). Bien sûr, je recommande vivement l'adresse de Marinette à toutes les personnes de passage au Mans!

Excellent séjour chez Marinette et Yves. Ce sont des hôtes charmants et leur propriété est vraiment superbe. Beaucoup d'espace, un magnifique jardin et la chambre où j'ai logé était absolument parfaite (le lit est super confortable!!). J'avais également un petit coin cuisine, douche, et mini salon à disposition, donc je ne pouvais pas demander mieux. Le quartier est très tranquille, vraiment parfait pour se ressourcer! Merci encore pour votre accueil et gentillesse.
