The bedroom has a double bed, a personal wardrobe and a large electrically adjustable desk.
A private bathroom will be reserved for you.

We are a family of 3 including a 14 year old girl.

Our first 18-year-old daughter leaves to study and therefore leaves her room (without her belongings).

There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast.
