I am renting a room in my apartment. It has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe/dressing room. The common areas are shared (living room, kitchen and shower room). The apartment is non-smoking (except balcony).
Close to all amenities, 5 minutes from Place Rocheville (served by many buses) and quick access to the motorway (towards Italy and towards Var) and the expressway (Cannes - Grasse). The Leclerc supermarket is also a 10-minute walk away. There is plenty of free parking on the street.
