A charming room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, occupied by the host and located in a secure residence (night porter and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the train station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence are possible.
Important detail: 4 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant should not be allergic to animals or any cat hair!
A small detail that is not included in the list of amenities provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which is quiet), a TV, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred as I am a non-smoker myself.
