Description
I'm renting a spacious room in my arty apartment, located in the heart of Annecy. This apartment boasts an ideal location, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and train station, and close to the Nouvelles Galeries department store and the Haras (National Stud Farm). The building, dating from the 1930s, is a stone's throw from the Berthollet and Sommeiller high schools and is served by the main bus line 4. It's also very close to Avenue de Brogny if you're driving.
The room, featuring original hardwood floors and an open view, has double-glazed windows. It's furnished with two single beds, a desk, and ample storage. A refrigerator and kettle are provided. A microwave can be provided upon request. Basic dishes, linens, and towels are included.
The bathroom and toilet are separate and shared. Please note that there is a young cat, Orphée, in the apartment.
I'm a smoker myself, no ban.
