I am renting a room in the flat where I reside. This room is quite small but comfortable and equipped with a wardrobe. However, it doesn't offer enough space for a desk, so it is primarily for rest. The bathroom and toilet are shared. A parking space is reserved in front of the building. Use of the kitchen is also permitted. Personal belongings can remain in the room during the weekend, although the room is only offered for weeknights, unless an exception is agreed upon together.
