Hello, I am renting a single room in a beautiful and spacious 80m2 apartment in the heart of Barcelona.

It is located on the second floor of an elegant building with an incredible view of Plaza George Orwell. The rooms are on the opposite side of the square, offering perfect tranquility!

This is my first use of this site roomlala and I was a little suspicious how it is going to work out. I had a luck to find this excellent gentlmen that let us stay for 2 days in his apatment. It was nice, excellent position and clean. I give all good recommendations to stay with Luca!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Barcelone. L’appartement était propre, chambre petite mais bonne literie, nous avons bien dormi. L’emplacement est proche des transports et des principaux lieux à visiter, tout en restant calme. L’hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli. De bons conseils, une sympathie agréable, et une écoute irréprochable. L'espace mis à disposition est parfait. La chambre est bien, sur cour donc aucun bruit. Une salle de bain est réservée aux voyageurs, pour plus d'intimité, et l'espace partagé (cuisine et salon) est bien équipé. Climatisation, ventilateur, petit balcon, wi-fi... Tout y est. L'emplacement du logement est idéal, au cœur du quartier gothique, et offre une grande sélection de choses à voir à pied, mais aussi une proximité avec les lignes de métro qui permettent d'aller partout. Nous sommes restés une semaine, et avons passé, grâce à Luca et Sol, un super séjour ! D'une grande gentillesse, ils ont pu nous conseiller sur les choses à faire ou éviter. Merci à eux, pour l’accueil, la bonne humeur, la chambre, et tous les bons moments passé grâce ou avec eux ! Ambre
