Room in a very quiet and secure house/residence, with parking. Pont de l'Arc district, close to the faculties and all amenities (food shops, small shopping center, pharmacies, Provence private hospital). Bus at the foot of the residence for access to Aix city center 10 minutes away (20 minutes on foot), and various destinations, including Marseille. Sunny garden and room (southern exposure), swimming pool in summer, bowling all year round. Fiber optics/air conditioning. Close to motorway junctions without the inconvenience of noise. Proximity to the TGV station (15 minutes). Ideally, I am looking for someone who does not stay every weekend but this is negotiable, as is the length of the stay.
